Well, our online classes are a perfect fit for you!

Online classes are instructed by BodyWERK's CEO, Queen D. All online classes are pre-recorded and can be accessed for a full 24 hours. No need to be shy or feel anxious about others, as this is NOT your typical online class that are hosted on Zoom. Instead, this is an experience with Queen D in the comfort of your own space, during your own time and the ability to go at your own pace.
